To achieve in each 4-H project, a completed record book is required to be handed in. You receive the book at the start of the year and begin filling it in in March. Each month you should fill out the information for that month. They are due in September. They are marked and given back to you at Awards Night. Make the books fun and personal. Add lots of photos, stickers, and any other decorations you like. Write neatly and in pen, not pencil. Add any scorecards, flat ribbons, meeting agendas, and treasurers reports. It is designed to be a record of your year and project, so be complete. Make sure you have been filling it out all year, so you're not rushing to get it done the night before! Be creative and make it yours!
